At PristineModa, we understand that circumstances may change. This policy outlines the cancellation options available for your order.
Cancellations Before Shipment:
We allow cancellations before your order has been dispatched. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a cancellation by contacting us at pristinemodauk@gmail.com.

A full refund will be provided if cancellation is requested before dispatch.

Due to transaction processing fees, cancellations will be subject to a non-refundable processing charge based on the payment method used:

ClearPay: 5.5%

PayPal: 5%

Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Shop Pay: 5%

Cancellations After Shipment:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

The item must be unopened, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A 5% relisting fee will be deducted from the refund if the returned item does not meet resale condition standards.

Refunds will only be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
How to Request a Cancellation:

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and refund within 5-7 business days.
