PristineModa Cancellation Policy

At PristineModa, we understand that circumstances may change. This policy outlines the cancellation options available for your order.

Cancellations Before Shipment:

We allow cancellations before your order has been dispatched. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a cancellation by contacting us at pristinemodauk@gmail.com.

  • A full refund will be provided if cancellation is requested before dispatch.

  • Due to transaction processing fees, cancellations will be subject to a non-refundable processing charge based on the payment method used:

    • ClearPay: 5.5%

    • PayPal: 5%

    • Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Shop Pay: 5%

Cancellations After Shipment:

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • The item must be unopened, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • A 5% relisting fee will be deducted from the refund if the returned item does not meet resale condition standards.

  • Refunds will only be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

How to Request a Cancellation:

  • Email us at pristinemodauk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and refund within 5-7 business days.

  • If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return process.
