What Is Your Returns Policy?

We strive to provide high-quality products and service. Please review our return policy before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item (proof of delivery will be checked).
  • The return must be sent using a tracked service, and the customer must provide a tracking number. We recommend using a tracked shipping service with insurance covering the full value of the returned items for peace of mind, as we cannot be held liable for any items lost during return shipping.
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

📌 Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer at their cost.

How to Return an Item

1️⃣ Email pristinemodauk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
3️⃣ Send the item back using a tracked service and provide us with the tracking number.

🚨 Returns without tracking will not be accepted. If we do not receive the return, we will not process a refund.

Return Processing & Fees

  • Once received and approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method.
  • All returns are subject to a 5% processing & restocking fee in accordance to the Cancelling Goods or Services Act 2016, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return reduces your order below the free shipping threshold, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the same return process outlined above. Please ensure items purchased as a ‘set’ or ‘tracksuit’ are returned together.
  • We will process a credit note to the value of your item, minus the original shipping costs once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria.
  • If for what ever reason the item you’d like to exchange for is out of stock, a full refund will be processed.
  • Turn around time for an exchange can be anything from 7-14 days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Some items may be non-returnable or items sold "as is." These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
  • Any item purchased with a credit note or gift voucher
